Join our spectator cruise for the Ullswater Yacht Club’s biggest event of the year, the Lord Birkett Memorial Trophy race. You’re welcome to bring a picnic, and our onboard licensed bar will be open, so you can toast the celebrations in style. The ticket price includes a three-hour cruise with race commentary. Please note that dogs are not permitted at this event.
- Parking – there are 3 pay & display car parks within a short walk of Pooley Bridge pier and some on street parking in Pooley Bridge. Please refer to car park signage as to charges and the times that they are applicable.
- The pier is a 5-10 minute walk from Pooley Bridge village / car parks.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before departure
- Clothing - please bring a warm coat as it can be chilly out on the lake
- Facilities onboard – Bar & toilets onboard. You may bring your own picnic.
